We are a full service property management company located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica.

It may be as simple as having your utilities bills paid and documented every month or as complex as new home construction oversight, inspection, documentation and payment disbursements.

As a Red Mango client member you will be able to log on to your own Costa Rican office and see all transaction receipts, pictures and our personal monthly update to you with advice and recommendations.
Our pricing is completely transparent.
If a gardener bills you $4 for landscaping plants and $20 for labor, you will log on and review the receipts and that is what you will pay.
We are paid with a monthly management fee for the specific services that meet your individual needs.
If you are looking for a one time service such as painting your home, we are happy to accommodate that as well.
